Reporting guidelines and obligations for funded projects

 

Projects that are awarded funding through the EOSC-Life Digital Life Sciences internal call for sensitive data projects are required to contribute to reporting. This involves the obligation to complete any or all of the below listed:

  • periodic flash reports (1 powerpoint slide)
  • short reports at project milestones (˜1page)
  • final project report (5-10 pages)
  • contributions to intermediate reporting (˜1 page)
  • Surveys (3 surveys, max. 30 min each)

These provided materials will be used, in excerpts and summary, in the preparation of periodic reports and Deliverables for the EOSC-Life funders, some of which will be made publically available.

Successful projects may also be invited to present their work as part of EOSC-Life seminar/webinars or meetings and to contribute to EOSC-Life dissemination material through different platforms with their successful project outcomes.

All projects that receive funding through the EOSC-Life Digital Life Sciences Call are required to acknowledge EOSC-Life and the Digital Life Sciences  Call in all publications and presentations arising from work supported by this funding. You can download the EOSC-Life logo here.

Project teams are also asked to inform the EOSC-Life Digital Life Sciences Call team of any publication or presentation arising from the supported projects.

Organizations that receive funding through this internal call will have to report their costs as part of the regular financial reporting to the EC. All costs have to match the usual eligibility criteria for EC-funded projects.
