You will be working on high-resolution structural studies of viruses, proteins complexes and filaments using cryo-EM. The Cryo-EM facility is well equipped and it includes a Titan Krios with energy filter, K2 direct electron detector, and Volta phase plate. The candidate should have prior experiences in cryo-EM sample preparation, data collection, and data analysis.
