The Department of Biochemistry at the University of Wisconsin – Madison welcomes applications for tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. they particularly encourage applicants who actively promote diversity and inclusion.
The successful applicant will join a dynamic faculty with broad interests in the biochemical sciences, including but not limited to nucleic acid biology, structural biology, metabolism, imaging, cell and molecular biology, systems and synthetic biology, molecular machines, chemical biology, and computational modeling and simulation. The scientific environment at UW–Madison is enhanced by state-of-the-art facilities for high-throughput sequencing, computation, multimodal microscopy, cryo-EM, NMR, mass spectrometry, crystallography, animal care, and small-molecule screening. Candidates with a Ph.D. or an equivalent doctoral degree and a strong interest in emerging frontiers of biochemistry are invited to apply.
