Instruct will participate in a new project funded by H2020. OPEN SESAME is a project that will help to deliver the technologies, research techniques and administrative services at Sesame
(Synchrotron-light for Experimental Science and Applications in the Middle East) for its user community. The specific aims of the project are: 1. to train SESAME staff in instrument technology and supporting techniques; 2. to build capacity in Middle East researchers to fully exploit SESAME's infrastructure; and 3. to train SESAME staff and the users in methods to build awareness of SESAME services and to demonstrate scientific and socio-economic impact. The project will run for 3 years.
